Thank you for your patience with us over the past few weeks as we explored several options for Esperient. I am very pleased to provide an update regarding the future of the company and the Esperient Creator product.
We are excited to announce that Esperient and all of the intellectual property associated with the Creator product has been purchased from Right Hemisphere by Home Partners Corporation, a Michigan Company, which has fully funded continued operations under the Esperient brand.
The majority of the Esperient team has been retained to continue working on the product and, in addition, a team of highly experienced real-time 3D development engineers will be joining the company within the next few weeks.
We apologize if you have experienced delay in having your questions answered, but please bear with us for a few more days while we complete all of the administrative tasks related to this transition.
